What is Back to the Wild?

Back to the Wild offers workshops, events, and gatherings in Norfolk which welcome adults and children to nature. We want to create a sense of community in the Norfolk countryside, bringing together like-minded souls who love being outside, moving their bodies and getting creative.


Experiences range from one-off pop up workshops and bespoke events to regular classes and half-day retreats. Expect experiences which combine creativity and movement such as outdoor yoga, wild swimming, nature walks, crafts & floristry.

Back to the Wild is here to encourage a sense of adventure; celebrate the great outdoors and build connections with nature and one another!

  • RESET: A Monthly Yoga Ritual

    Monthly movement and restorative yoga classes reflective of the seasons.

  • Mothers' Mini Retreat

    Treat yourself to 2 hours of well deserved self-indulgence with this workshop that will leave you feeling inspired, rested and nurtured.

  • Active Rest : Half-day Retreat

    A perfect Bank holiday treat! Combining yoga, sauna, cold plunge and creativity, this session is designed to feel like a week long retreat in the space of a few hours.

  • Outdoor Yoga & Pick-your-own Flowers

    Celebrate the beautiful summer evenings with this unique 2-hour workshop

  • Children's Yoga & Crafts

    Children’s yoga & mindfulness sessions followed by nature crafts and activities.

  • Fresh Air & Salty Hair

    Beach yoga & Wild swimming

Having always done a little bit of this and a little bit of that…Back to the Wild combines a lifelong love of nature and the outdoors with a weird and wonderful mix of experiences. Think lots of wiggling, lots of mud, and an awful lot of walking through woodland imagining fairy tale creatures on zipwires…
